I had a great time staying in this hotel. Staff was helpful and responsive, and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. It was convenient to have eateries nearby, some of them serving local cuisine. The location was also central, as it was situated at the heart of the city.

The staff is friendly and responsive through communication on WhatsApp. The rooms are new and comfortable, with royal amenities and speedy laundry service with pick-up and delivery.

The room was very impressive with modern amenities that added extra comfort to the stay. The staff was extremely helpful and kept in touch throughout the stay to ensure that everything was satisfactory. The location was perfect as it allowed easy access to main tourist attractions and ferry points.
parking was difficult to find and there were no proper management for the free parking. there was no elevator, which made it challenging to carry our luggage up the stairs.

The hotel had some nice amenities like clean beds and responsive staff. The location was also convenient, with nearby Watsons and eateries. Another plus was their techy amenities, including fully charged power banks and cool rooms upon arrival.
The building itself was quite sketchy and the bedsheets needed to be replaced more frequently. We noticed black spots, stains, and even dried blood on the sheets.
